Il doit y avoir un lien avec un IRL qui peut être une cotutelle, un co-encadrement ou plus simplement identification d’un ou d’une partenaire dans l’IRL dans la thématique du sujet, et qui pourrait accueillir le doctorant ou la doctorante pour une période d’au moins 3 mois durant le déroulement de la thèse.
